1. Gearbox
This is a kind of Single Column CNC Vertical Lathe Machine, Gear is made of 40 cr high quenching treatment, hardness reaches HRC40-45, tooth surface gear grinding, precision can be up to level 6, to reduce vibration and noise, improving the machining efficiency and reliability of the machine tool
2. Feed System
Feed system (X axis and Z axis) is driven by AC servo motor. to achieve horizontal and vertical feed of tool post and fast movement by directly connected with the ball screw via flexible coupling.
3. Lathe Bed
The lathe bed is made of cast iron. After thermal aging stress relief annealing treatment. The guideway surface of lathe bed with precision grinding, high accuracy.
4. CNC System
The CNC system is Siemens or FANUC, which can control the X axis and Z axis digitally and two axes linkage.
5 Electrical System
Electrical parts are Siemens or Schneider, ensure high reliability of machine.
6. Cross beam
The cross beam is made of cast iron, moves up and down on the lathe bed guideway and consists of feed mechanism, clamping mechanism and hydraulic device.
The right end of the beam is equipped with a planetary reducer, and the ball screw is controlled by AC servo motor and servo drive system to drive the tool post to move horizontally on the beam
7. Tool post
There is one tool post on the cross beam
The movement of the tool post is driven by servo motor through a planetary reducer to drive the ball screw to realize the vertical rapid and feed of the ram.
8. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of the main drive transmission system, the beam clamping system, and the vertical tool post ram hydraulic balance system.
9. Worktable
The worktable is made of HT250 cast iron. After thermal aging stress relief annealing treatment, The main shaft adopts high-precision adjustable radial clearance double row short cylindrical roller bearings for centering, which makes the worktable has the characteristics of high rotation accuracy, large bearing capacity and small thermal deformation.
