Feature of 1600mm Diameter CNC Vertical Lathe
1. CK5116 Vertical lathe working table adopts hydro-static guideway, the spindle uses NN30 (grade D) bearing and
can turn precisely with good carrying capacity.
2. Gear box uses 40 Cr gear wheel of gear grinding. It has high precision and little noise.
Both hydraulic parts and electrical components use well known brand product.
3. Guide ways are wearable. Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient.
4. Casting of CK5116 Vertical Lathe uses the lost foam foundry (short for LFF) technique. Castings are wearable with good quality and dealt by aging.
Advantage
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
