Introduction
1. CNC Circular Arc Turning Lathe is a advanced equipment with high performance, wide working processing scope and high production efficiency. They be used for mechanical processing such as rough and finishing machining inside and outside the cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, head face, grooving, arc surface and all kinds of curvilinear surface, thread's etc.
2. Bed, as an overall structure, is made of high-strength, low-stress iron casting, adopt effective anti-vibration measures. Combination of bed and table base can improve the reliability of overall rigidity of machine tool substantially.
3. The Circular Arc Turning Lathe tool post can move horizontally on the beam and the ram for vertical movement. The X-axis and Z-axis are driven by SIEMENS CNC AC servo motor. The motor and the ball screw are directly connected through the unidirectional precision diaphragm elastic coupling.
4. Hydraulic system and automatic lubricating system components use superior-quality product with domestic permit or collaborative product, quality is reliable.
