Introduction of CK series Double Column CNC VTL Machine
VTL Machine is a vertical turning lathe that can be used for making toughest cuts on a workpiece. Accurate and stable machining is assured when you will use this machine. Feature of CK series Double Column CNC VTL Machine
1. This series machine is suitable for machining in industries of motor,turbine, aerospace, mining as well as metallurgy, etc.
2. It can process external column face,circular conical surface, head face, shotted,severance of car wheel lathe.
3. Working table is to adopt hydrostatic guideway. The spindle is to use NN30( Grade D) bearing and able to turn precisely,Bearing capacity of bearing is good.
4. Gear case is to use 40 Cr gear of gear grinding. It has high precision and little noise. Both hydraulic part and electrical are used famous-brand products in China.
5. Plastic coated guide ways are wearable.Centralized lubricating oil supplying is convenient.
6. Foundry technique of lathe is to use lost foam foundry (short for LFF) technique. Cast part hasgood quality.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
