Introduction of Heavy Duty CNC Vertical Lathe Machine
1. It mainly consists of gantry, gearbox, C-axis transmission box, worktable, crossbeam, left and right vertical tool post, etc. The two-axis contour processing is realized by Siemens 828D CNC system.
2. The main drive of the machine tool is driven by a 132KW DC motor, thyristor stepless speed regulation, magnetism 1:4, voltage regulation 1:6.25, mechanical speed regulation ratio 1:4, total speed regulation ratio 1:100.
