Introduction of Double Column CNC VTL
1. Advanced modular design,universal product,mature technology, stable accuracy and reliable quality.
2. Heavy and high grade castings made by own foundry, followed properly heat treatment.
3. Hardened guideway by extra-frequency induction machine(above HRC45). Sliding guideway combined with rollers on the cross rail.
4. SIEMENS/FANUC CNC controller fine layout and cabling in cabinet, special careful selected
components for super reliability.
5. Separate hydraulic station, easy to setup, daily repairs and maintenance.
6. Grounded gears in the gearbox to ensure high precision, low noise and long lifetime.
7. Two kinds of table guideway is available, i.e, dynamic static pressure and pure static pressure.
