Feature:
1. Vertical Lathe implement the latest national accuracy standards, equipped advanced function units. A strong cutting of Structure Performance has been achieved.
2. Vertical Lathe is made of working table, lathe bed, gearbox, cross beam, vertical tool post , electric cabinet and so on.
3. The table uses a constant-current hydrostatic guide to withstand vertical loads. To prevent thermal deformation, it has an oil temperature automatic control box that can cool the hydraulic oil.
4. The high-strength, low-stress cast iron materials of the left and right columns and coupling beams of the vertical lathe make the vertical lathe have greater strength and higher rigidity.
5. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the beam lifting motor and lubrication. It is controlled by the beam lifting button to ensure the working stability of the beam.

Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
