Introduction of vertical lathe
CNC Double Column Turning Lathe is suitable to process ferrous metal, nonferrous metals and partial non-metallic material, and could achieve the processing of turning of the end face, inside and outside cylindrical surface, inside and outside circular conical surface.
The Lathe cutting action is controlled by the SIEMENS SYSTEM OR FANUC SYSTEM, and feeding axis is driven by the AC asynchronous servo motor. Main transmission is driven by the spindle AC servo motor, hydraulic gear change and 16 gear or stepless speed regulation. Tool rest adopts the T-type ram manual 5-tool position tool table structure with good rigidity and convenient tool change. Worktable is manual 4-jaw single movement chuck.
Feature
1. The Parts of CNC Double Column Turning Lathes such as the base, the workbench, the cross beam, and the ram adopt high-strength, good-grinding gray cast iron, which is tempered and fired to eliminate internal stress without deformation.
2. The Vertical lathe feeds adopts AC servo motor and ball screw drive, and the crosshead straight tool holder is equipped with a closed cover, which increases the safety and pleasantness of the machine tool.
3. The main drive of the vertical car is driven by an AC motor, and the speed range of the table is realized through a stepless spindle speed change mechanism.
