CNC Heavy Duty Lathe is a CNC lathe with semi-closed loop control function developed by the company according to the latest development trend of CNC lathe in the international market. The machine tool has a wide range of uses and flexible operation.
It is suitable for processing various complex-shaped shafts, sleeves, and disk parts, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end surfaces, grooving, chamfering, threading, etc. It is especially suitable for multi-variety, medium and small batch rotation processing, with strong process adaptability, high processing efficiency, low scrap rate, and good consistency of finished products, which can reduce the requirements for the technical proficiency of workers. Easy to program and simple to operate, it is an ideal large-scale machining equipment.
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
