2. Quenched guideways has the following advantages:
higher abrasive resistance, higher precision, longer life
3.For the gears, though high-frequency quenching, and gear grinding treatment,improve the abrasion resistance and using life, reduce the noise when processing.
4.We have our own foundry,all cast piece are made by ourselves!
5.What`s the disadvantage if guideway is not quenched?
6. World Well known AC inventer variable speed device has been selected by the machine,the main driving has been driven by AC motor, 4 step infinitely variable can be realized by sliding the gear. excellent performances of torque and power has been equipped. The operating system of the macine has been controlled by electric, hydraulic, and mechanical mechanisms, the carriage has functions of rapid traverse and combinating feed, easy for operating.
