It supports multiple machining operations including turning, boring, drilling, grooving and tapping, realizing integrated machining of complex components and reducing workpiece transfer time to improve production efficiency.

Equipped with internationally renowned CNC systems (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi) as optional configurations, the lathe features precise point-to-point control and stable operation, ensuring machining precision up to IT7 level. The spindle adopts ISO 7:24 No.40 taper, with spindle speed ranging from 2rpm to 200rpm (adjustable according to models), and is driven by a direct connection or belt transmission mode for stable power output and low noise. The X, Y and Z axes adopt high-precision linear guides and servo motors, with rapid movement speed up to 24-48m/min, realizing fast and precise feeding and improving machining consistency.
