1. Gear Box
CNC Double Column Vertical Turning Lathe Machine use gear made of 40 Cr through High-frequency Quenching treatment, the Hardness reaches HRC40-45
2. Feeding system
An AC servo motor drives the feed system (X-axis, Z-axis).
3. Bed
The bed is an integral structure, the material is made of high-strength low-stress cast iron, and effective vibration reduction measures are adopted.
4. Gantry frame
To be suitable for strong cutting, the cross beam guide adopts high hardness and hardened hard guide
5. Crossbeam
The contact surface of the beam and the column guideway is glued with PTFE wear-resistant guideway soft belt, which has a small friction coefficient
6. Working table
CNC vertical Turning Lathe has an entire part of the worktable of thermal symmetry, and the main transmission mechanism is installed on the base of the worktable and the bed.
7. CNC system
The CNC system uses Siemens or FANUC. It can realize X.Z.C axis digital control and two-axis linkage.
