Feature of CNC Horizontal Lathe
This series lathe adopts the box-type and diagonal bar combined in the both double stiffeners and inner stiffener of the width side wall. The overall rigidity is one third higher than the single arm door stiffener structure; the slide box is equipped with a fast moving mechanism, which is operated by a single handle; the spindle converses forward and reverse and brake are controlled by hydraulic pressure,and the configured manual brake or foot function is easy to operate, with a stable accuracy,and can force cutting ;the sliding surface of the guide way of the lathe bed is made of TSF wear-resistant technology,which moves more flexibly and has a long life.

Application:
Machine can automatically process the inside and outside cylinder surface ,cone surface ,circular arc surface ,end face ,such as processing ,and also can process the single and multile threads in metric, inch and other standards.
Advantage:
Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT30 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
