Product Introduction of Heavy Duty Lathe Machine
1. CW series Heavy duty Lathe Machine is of much heavier construction than the previous lathes listed. This model incorporates reduction drive pinion and ring gear onto the chuck for heavy cutting applications.
2. The bed adopts two sets of mountain-shaped guide rails, one is the longitudinal moving guide for the saddle, and the other is the longitudinal guide for the foot of the bed. The crotch moulded teeth of the bed are set to prevent the sliding surface after holding the workpiece on the foot of the bed. The side-outside chip removal method is convenient to remove iron chips, easy to protect the environment and sanitation, and the requirements for the foundation are simple. All guide rails are ground after quenching with super audio frequency, with high precision and precision retention, low friction resistance, balanced movement, good guidance and long life.
3. The arrangement of the transmission part in the radial position of the main shaft is at a better angle, and the axial position is near the sensitive point. The transmission force has no effect on the overhang end of the main shaft, which greatly improves the rigidity of the main shaft.
4. The main shaft journal is thick and rigid.
The structure of the spindle end is a short conical surface positioning, high centering accuracy, short head overhang, good rigidity, and convenient loading and unloading of the chuck.
5. The axial movement of the end of the bed sleeve is controlled by handwheels 1 and 2.
