CW61100 CW61125 CW61140 heavy duty lathe are suitable for turning or cast iron and steel workpieces,turning of non-ferrous metal parts of big or medium sizes.It can do external cylindrical surface turning,inner hole and end face turning.It can also turn various internal and external metric,inch,module and diametrical pitch threads,the top slide can be used independently for turning of short taper.These lathes are of high power,high rigidity and wide rotating speed range,so it can be used for high speed and strong force turning.

1.The lathe are universal lathe suitable for high-speed steel and carbide cutting tools for different materials
2.The lathe are medium frequency hardened, and has good hardness and precision;
3. Triple support of CW Heavy Duty Lathe ensures spindle rigidity and supporting capacity;
4.The lathe has the large speed range, and the motion is smooth and the low temperature-rising.
5. Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by ball leadscrews driven by servo motors.
6. Either vertical 4-station or horizontal 6 and 8-station tool post can be selected.The post is located on precision contrite gears with a high repeated positioning accuracy.
7. Both chuck and tailstock are available with hydraulic or manual or pneumatic type.
8. The spindle system is high in rigidity and accuracy.
9.The surface of the bedways is supersonic frequency hardened and precision ground with a long service life.
