Main Feature of Heavy duty conventional lathe
1.The main body of the machine tool uses box-like or diagonal double boxes design,through many times of power reduction,it is stable and with high accuracy;
2.Quenching depth of the guide rail are over 3mm'with high accuracy cutting.
3.Design of the main shaft and transmission shaft has been optimized.Reliable and stable.
4.Gear set and transmission shaft and other important parts are being processing with high accuracy and though the thermal treatment in order to guarantee stableness and low noise.
5.The lathe has enlarged the inner shaft hole diameter in order to be used on processing big diameter shaft hole parts.
