The automatic segmented speed change is controlled by M code, and the automatic stepless speed change within the segment is controlled by S code selection, which can realize stepless speed change and constant linear speed cutting.
4. Centralized automatic forced lubrication.
Lubrication pump used by spindle box is gear pump.
Each ball screw pair and each sliding guide surface are lubricated by a quantitative pressure relief type centralized thin oil automatic lubrication device.
5. The numerical control system adopts the well-known FANUC, Siemens, GSK which can control 2 axes (X, Z) at the same time, and has the functions of linear, arc, thread interpolation and other fixed cycles, and the minimum resolution is 0.001mm.
