Introduction of Heavy Duty CNC Lathe Machines

CNC lathe is a lathe with semi-closed loop control function developed by the company according to the latest development trend of CNC lathe in the international market. The machine tool has a wide range of uses and flexible operation. It is suitable for processing various complex-shaped shafts, sleeves, and disk parts, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end surfaces, grooving, chamfering, threading, etc.

9. Lubrication system

Centralized automatic forced lubrication.


Advantage:

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.

Training

1. Training in Manufacturer workshops (for free)

2. Training in buyers company (for charge,normally two or three days needed )

• 1st day: inspection cable connection,the finished foundation is qualified guide customer know each components.

• 3rd day: review all operation step and learn each parts maintenance method.

Warranty period

The warranty period is 1 year

In the warranty period, Every parts of the vertical lathe is warranted. if some parts need to be replaced due to the quality of product, the company is responsible for free replacement. In the warranty period, if it is not due to product quality of the Vertical lathe, and need company send a technician to fix the Vertical lathes, the appropriate fees should be collected.

Preferential spare parts and technical Services will be provided

Over warranty :

we delivery the component to nearest departure port for free. Customer just pay for the cost price of the components.

Troubleshooting

1. Before delivery :Special QC department check carefully ensure all is qualified with high quality

2. Through see customer actual photos or short video, using discussed group or email or video meeting or phone call give solutions immediately

3. Dispatch engineer go to customer workshops onsite.
