Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.

In the warranty period, if it is not due to product quality of the Vertical lathe, and need company send a technician to fix the Vertical lathes, the appropriate fees should be collected.

we delivery the component to nearest departure port for free. Customer just pay for the cost price of the components.
