The bed is an integral structure, using high-standard cast iron (HT300) one-time molding casting, after secondary aging treatment, good stability; wide rail surface (600mm), good rigidity, strong anti-vibration ability; rail surface through medium frequency quenching (hardness Exceeding 68° of Shore) and precision grinding by imported rail grinder to ensure long life, high precision and good retention.

The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln.
