Feature of CNC Horizontal Lathe
I. Bed of horizontal CNC lathe
The bed features an integral box-type structure, cast in one piece from high-grade cast iron (HT300). It undergoes secondary aging treatment for excellent stability. The guide rails are wide (600mm), providing strong rigidity and superior vibration resistance. The guide rail surfaces are medium-frequency quenched and precisely ground using imported guide rail grinders, ensuring long service life, high precision, and excellent retention.
II. Spindle Headstock of CNC lathe machine
The headstock body has strong rigidity, suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
Gears are high-frequency quenched and precisely ground, offering high accuracy, smooth operation, and low noise.
The spindle has a large diameter and is supported at three points by precision heavy-duty bearings, ensuring stable rotation for both heavy cutting and finish turning.
Automatic forced circulation lubrication keeps the transmission system running flexibly and effectively reduces temperature.
Automatic segmented speed change is controlled by M-codes, while stepless speed variation within segments is controlled by S-codes, enabling stepless speed variation and constant linear speed cutting.
III. Feed System of horizontal turning machine
All sliding guide rail pairs are coated with TSF soft tape, significantly reducing the friction coefficient and improving servo response performance.
Both X-axis and Z-axis employ precision ground ball screw pairs, ensuring high machining accuracy, positioning accuracy, and long-term accuracy retention.
All motion pairs are automatically lubricated by a centralized intermittent lubrication system.
Longitudinal (Z-axis) feed: For machines under 3m, an AC servo motor directly drives the ball screw via a coupling; for machines 3m and above, an AC servo motor mounted on the left side of the feed box drives the ball screw through a high-precision planetary reducer.
Transverse (X-axis) feed: Driven by an AC servo motor mounted at the rear of the carriage, directly coupled to the transverse ball screw via a coupling. The machine achieves high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
IV. Electric Tool Post of CNC turning lathe
Electric tool post with no-lift design, enabling fast and convenient tool changes.
Standard configuration is a four-station vertical tool post.
V. Tailstock of high precision cnc horizontal lathe
Sturdy structure capable of withstanding heavy cutting.
The quill is quenched and precisely ground.
The tailstock is manually moved.
VI. Power
15kW high-power AC main motor equipped with a frequency inverter, providing a wide speed range.
Both X-axis and Z-axis use high-torque AC servo motors, delivering strong power suitable for heavy-load cutting with excellent servo performance.
