Product Introduction of Heavy Duty Horizontal Turning Lathe
1. CW series Heavy Duty Horizontal Turning Lathe is one of the easiest precision lathes to operate in its class, while producing pinpoint accuracy for the finest finishes. In addition to calculated precision and total control, the heavy duty lathes offer the bulk and horsepower necessary to effortlessly take on the heaviest chip loads. Standard on each machine is a quick-change gearbox for cutting inch, metric, module and diametrical pitch threads without change gears.
2. This Heavy Duty Horizontal Turning Lathe adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, and the spindle box adopts high and bottom gear manual transmission. High power, high speed, reasonable structure, machining accuracy up to level 6, roundness error no more than 0.01mm, surface roughness no more than Ra2.5um; It is suitable for finishing in medium and small batch machining workshops.
3. Working noise of lathe
According to GB/T16769-2008 "Metal-cutting machine tool noise sound pressure level measurement method", the complete machine noise sound pressure level of this machine tool is less than or equal to 83dB (A).
4. Safe protection
(1). Protective measures are taken for both X- and Z-direction screws;
(2). When the machine tool encounters an unexpected sudden power failure or its own failure, due to the special design of the control circuit, the machine tool can protect itself to ensure the safety of the machine tool.
Since the control program in the machine tool computer has been "solidified" in the chip, the program menu stored in the computer will not be lost when the power is cut off or malfunctions;
(3). The machine has an emergency stop safety button to prevent various sudden failures from damaging the machine
