Feature of Y31315B Gear Hobbing Machine
◆ Y31 type gear hobbing machine is applicable to produce or process spur gear, helical gear, and worm gear It also can process
herringbone gear without a run-out slot if equipped with a finger milling cutter and reversing mechanism to realize auto cycle
cutting.
◆ Use a finger cutter for single-tooth index processing. Wafer cutters can realize autocycle cutting and manually
control single tooth index.
◆ Its precision should be no less than the grade for generating cutting processing, and its precision should be no less than 8
grade for single tooth index.
◆Worktable faceplate is centered by static pressure bearing, gearoil distributor offers pressure oil.
◆ This machine adopts a double-pitch worm, good engagement can be ensured without radial adjustment.
◆ This machine adopts a programmable controller to make sure the auto-cycle process is flexible and reliable.
