◆ Y31 type gear hobbing machine is applicable to produce or process spur gear, helical gear, and worm gear It also can process
herringbone gear without running out of slot if equipped with a finger milling cutter and reversing mechanism to realize auto cycle
cutting.
◆ Use a finger cutter for single-tooth index processing. Wafer cutters can realize autocycle cutting and manually
control single tooth index.
◆ Its precision should be less than the grade for generating cutting processing, and its precision should be no less than 8
grade for single tooth index.
◆Worktable faceplate is centered by static pressure bearing, gearoil distributor offers pressure oil.
◆ This machine adopts a double-pitch worm, good engagement can be ensured without radial adjustment.
