Feature of Worm YDQ31315 Gear Cutting Hobbing Machine
The Y31 Worm Gear Hobbing Machine is designed for producing spur gears, helical gears, and worm gears. It can also handle herringbone gears with the use of a finger milling cutter and reversing mechanism for automatic cycle cutting.
For single-tooth index processing, a finger cutter is used. Wafer cutters enable automatic cycle cutting and manual control of single tooth indexing.
The machine's precision must be at least grade 7 for generating cutting processes and grade 8 for single tooth indexing.
The worktable faceplate is centered using static pressure bearings, with pressure oil provided by a gear oil distributor.
With a double pitch worm, this machine ensures good engagement without the need for radial adjustment.
A programmable controller is used in this machine to provide flexibility and reliability in the auto-cycle process.
