1. This machine are used for producing FFS heavy duty bag film and packaging chemical material film,it is a high performance configuration for this kind of film.
2. Five Layers Coextrusion Blown Film Lines adopt easy batch mixer can mix various raw materials according to the need of the weight proportioning during the extrusion process, and also control the extruder screw speed and traction roller speed to control extrusion amount and per meter weight.
3. The easy batch system can be controlled by remote terminal automatic operation. The touch screen can show all the program data. At the same time the operator can control the entire equipment or each independent part on the main controller panel.
