Feature of Vertical Turning Milling Machining Center
1. Adopt column move, cross beam move structure (fixed beam is optional)
2. The worktable adopts hydrostatic guideway and has indexing function . adopt Double servo motor master-slave control. when milling, through the double motor for electrical backlash elimination and control worktable indexing, which ensure high indexing accuracy.
3. The lathe bed adopt hydrostatic guideway synchronous drive by double servo motor, full closed loop control. (Y axis)
4. The milling ram slide horizontal move adopt hydrostatic guideway,driven by high precision ball screw ( gear-rack drive is optional), full closed loop control (X axis)
5. The milling ram vertical move adopt slide guideway (hyarostatic guideway is optional), full closed loop control (Z axis)
6. Achieve four axis linkage
