This machine tool has one spindle (milling spindle) and three feed axes, X, Z, and C. It is a multi-functional, high-efficiency CNC single-column vertical turning and milling machine with three-axis linkage.

3. Structure
1) Column
The column is a symmetrical structure, and the overall structure without sand is used to improve the shock resistance. The column is seated on the base of the worktable, and a cured rubber pad is added between the two to achieve adjustment, heat insulation, vibration isolation, and improve the rigidity of the machine tool.
2) Worktable
The worktable adopts rolling guide rail structure, and the radial shaft pumping adopts ball bearings, thus improving the rotation accuracy and bearing capacity of the worktable.
3) Beam
The beam moves vertically on the column guide rail, and the beam is lifted and lowered by double lead screws.
4) Vertical tool holder
The vertical tool rest is composed of four parts: beam slide, rotary slide, ram and tool holder. The vertical tool holder can move horizontally on the beam, and the vertical movement of the vertical tool holder is driven by FANUC/Siemens AC servo motor and is directly connected with the motor shaft.
5) Tool magazine
The automatic tool changing device consists of three parts: the tool holder, the tool holder automatic clamping mechanism installed at the lower end of the vertical tool rest ram and the tool magazine installed at the right end of the beam.
