Introduction of Flat Bed CNC Lathe
The series Flat Bed CNC Lathe is an easy-operated CNC lathe driven by a 7.5KW motor. Either 4-station turret (standard equipment) or 6-station turret can be equipped for cutting different shapes of workpieces. The lathe has beautiful guard. Its well designed sliding door is easy to use and functions as a protector of operators' safety.
Features: steady start, quick stop, high output torque. The lathe is suitable for turning shaft type and plate/ring type workpieces. Operations performed on the lathe are ID/OD turning, any taper turning, arc surface turning, facing and metric/inch threading. It is suitable for cutting multi specification work in batches, especially complex and high precision workpieces.
8″/10″ hydraulic power chuck and hydraulic tailstock are available on request.
Application of Flat Bed CNC Lathe
1. Longitudinal and cross feeds are effected by ball leadscrews. Driven by servo motors.
2. Either vertical or horizontal 4-station or 6-station tool post or gang tools can be selected.
3. The post is located on precision contrite gears with a high repeated positioning accuracy.
4.Both chuck and tailstock are supplied with hydraulic or manual type.
5. The surface of the bedways is supersonic frequency hardened and precision ground with a long service life.
6. The spindle bore size is 52/82mm. The spindle system is high in the rigidity and accuracy.
7. Three gears controlled by a handle, stepless speed regulation, with lower noise and
high- standard machining accuracy, is an environmental- protective machine.
8. The spindle is the high- rotate speed and sophisticated bearing with smooth surface.
9.Intergrated automatic lubrication system.
