Introduction of CK series Dalian Vertical CNC Lathe
1.The Machine is mostly used to process middle-diameter tire mould and flanges, various valves and pipelines, pressure vessels, screw propeller, steamer machine accessories , plastic mould, shafts and other work-piece .
2. Headstock takes symmetrical structure to make thermal deformation be even, avoiding the spindle center generates offsets.
3. Gears in headstock and guide way are processed by quenching to ensure accurate transmission and high rigidity.
4. CNC Vertical Turret Turning Lathe casting has passed through strict artificially aged and vibration aging in order to make sure the rigidity and stability of lathe.
5. It is consist of the beam, working platforms, lifting beams, hydraulic equipment and cabinet and other components.
6. The CNC Vertical Turret Turning Lathe main drive gear transmission adopts ten six levels of transmission, after hydraulic solenoid valve drive oil cylinder, realize 16 speed.
