Introduction of Radial Drilling Machine Z3050x16/1

• All machine tools adopt HT200-HT300 high-strength cast iron.

• The overall style adopts a new green appearance, with bright colors, concise and generous, and a partial design that is more user-friendly, convenient, and comfortable to operate.

•The guideway surface and the column raceway are all quenched or inlaid with steel, which is more durable and prolongs the life of the machine tool.

•The spindle box, rocker arm, inner and outer columns are clamped by hydraulically driven diamond blocks and the speed change performance is reliable.

• All the control handles are placed in a convenient location, and easy to operate

The five actions of spindle forward and reverse, parking (brake), shifting, and neutral are all controlled by a handle, which is easy to use.

All gears are made of national-standard steel and processed according to related processes. They are also ground, which makes them durable and noise-free.

•Hydraulic parts are all manufactured according to the standard of gold products.

• All electrical components use Siemens and Schneider accessories, which are more stable and reliable.

•The bearing uses standard Harbin shaft products, and some key parts adopt Japanese NSK bearings.

• The spindle uses 58cr, a special customized material for rotary drilling.

The interior of the headstock, the rocker arm, and the column are all automatically lubricated. The rocker arm guide rail and the rocker arm lifting mechanism are lubricated manually.
