Tool holder of Vertical lathe machine

Vertical tool holder of double column vertical lathe (left digital display right numerical control) is composed of beam slide, swing slide, ram and other parts.

The right vertical tool holder can make horizontal movement on the beam and the ram for vertical movement, the X axis and Z axis are driven by Siemens or domestic famous products AC servo motor, and the motor and ball screw are directly connected through a one-way precision diaphragm elastic coupling.

The movement is stable, the transmission efficiency is high, and the accuracy retention is good. X-axis and Z-axis guides, ball screws and bearings are lubricated with timing and quantity. The tool holder vertical feed motor (Z axis) has a brake to prevent the machine from losing power and dropping the tool, the ram is made of ball-ground cast iron, and the lower end is equipped with a single tool holder. The left vertical tool holder is equipped with a digital display
