Feature of 5 axis Vertical Machining Center
1. The machine bed, column, spindle box and other key components are used in high-precision castings, stable organisation, permanent quality. The castings are analysed by computer calculation of finite element analysis, and the reasonable structural strength and reinforcement are matched to provide high rigidity of the machinery. The casting structure adopts one-piece moulding technology and box structure, and the processing adopts large pentahedral machining machine to complete the machining in one clamping, so that the machine tool has high rigidity, high strength and excellent geometrical and positional accuracy. In order to prevent deformation after machining, the castings are thoroughly annealed to eliminate internal stress.

5. The three-axis screws adopt large-diameter C3 grade ball screws with pre-tensioned structure, which can effectively eliminate the thermal extension of the screws, and the positioning accuracy is fully adopted by ISO-230-2 standard.
6. The XYZ axis adopts linear roller guide, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, low noise and low friction, and it can do fast displacement and get the best rounding precision.

8. 3-axis servo motor adopts absolute detection, no need to do home return every time when machining, which can improve the efficiency, and at the same time, because there is no limit switch, it can reduce the failure rate and increase the reliability of the machine.
9. The three-axis servo motor and the screw are directly connected by a precision coupling, which can eliminate the connection gap and improve the transmission efficiency.
10. The cutting fluid capacity is up to 200L, which can discharge the cutting fluid quickly. The water tank is designed with multiple filters and placed on the inside of the machine to save space.
11. The spindle adopts high precision spindle with standard speed up to 12000rpm, the front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design and is equipped with spindle air curtain function as standard, which prevents cutting fluid from entering into the spindle bearings, and improves the service life of the spindle; the standard machine adopts high-powered spindle rotor, and the high-torque motor can be selected for matching with the higher torque output. Realise the real sense of high-speed processing.
12. The use of high-tough four-flap claw broach, large contact surface, gripping the knife force is strong, the knife handle spigot loss is small, long life.
