Features:

Larger spindle-The spindle bearing's diameter has been enlarged to 110mm. High-rigidity double row cylindrical rollers are used in both the front and rear bearings. Six rows of bearing rollers are installed in the front two and rear four bearings. More than 30% of the overall stiffness is raised. The hole diameter is extended to 76mm, the bar passage diameter to 66mm, and the bar processing capacity is enhanced by 44%.

Higher torque-The spindle motor power is increased to 11/15kW, and the output torque is 105/191N.m, which is a 90% increase in cutting ability and processing efficiency. Fully enclosed structure with spindle ring encoder, excellent feedback accuracy, and long life;

Faster speed——The X and Z axes have high-rigidity and high-load rollers.
