Renovation Of New Machines And Overhauling Lathes Of Old Machines

(1) Replace X-axis, Z-axis wire rod, bearing, motor.

(2) Add electric knife holder and spindle encoder.

(3) Increase the drive unit of the axial motor, limit the operation of the over-range travel switch, add the inverter (required by the customer) and the electrical part required for processing and safety.

(4) X-axis, Z-axis wire rod at both ends support face with scraping, ball wire rod sub-carrier and bed saddle with scraping, bed body and bed saddle guide with scraping.

(5) According to the need to increase protective facilities, such as each wire rod protective cover, safety guard door, travel switch protection device.
