Ultra Hardened guideway The bed features an integral box-type structure, cast in one piece from high-grade cast iron (HT300) and subjected to secondary aging treatment for excellent stability. The wide guideways (660mm) offer superior rigidity and vibration resistance. Guideway surfaces undergo medium-frequency quenching and are precision-ground on imported guideway grinding machines, ensuring long service life, high precision, and excellent dimensional stability.
2. Head stock
1. The robust cabinet structure accommodates heavy-duty machining operations.
2. Gears undergo high-frequency quenching and precision grinding, ensuring high accuracy, smooth operation, and low noise.
3. The large-diameter spindle features three-point support by precision heavy-duty bearings, delivering stable rotation for both heavy-cutting and precision turning.
3. Feed
1. Each sliding guide pair is fitted with TSF soft tape, significantly reducing the friction coefficient and enhancing servo response performance.
2. Precision-ground ball screw pairs are used in the X and Z axes, ensuring high machining accuracy, positioning accuracy, and precision retention.
