Gearbox

Gear material is 40Cr high-frequency quenching treatment, the hardness reaches HRC40-45, the tooth surface grinding teeth, the precision reaches grade 6. Reduce vibration and machine noise, improve the machining efficiency and reliability of the machine.

Feeding system

The feeding system (X-axis and Z-axis) are driven by 42NM AC servo motor. It is directly connected with ball screw through flexure coupling to realise horizontal and vertical feeding and rapid movement of tool holder.

Bed

The bed is of integral structure, the material is made of high-strength and low-stress cast iron parts, and effective vibration-damping measures are adopted. The combination of bed and table base improves the reliability of the overall rigidity of the machine tool.
