1 Gearbox

The gear material is 40 chrome high quenching treatment, the hardness reaches HRC40-45, the tooth surface is sharpened, and the accuracy can reach 6 grade. This reduces vibration and machine noise, and improves the machining efficiency and reliability of the machine tool.  

2 Feed System

The feed system(X-axis, Z axis)Driven by 30NM AC servo motor, Direct connection to the ball screw by flexible coupling enables horizontal and vertical feeding and fast movement of the tool holder.

3 Column

The column is an integral structure, and the material is made of high-strength and low-stress iron castings, and effective vibration damping measures are adopted. The combination of the bed and the table base greatly improves the reliability of the overall rigidity of the machine tool.

4 Crossbeams

The contact surface between the beam and the column guide rail is glued with PTFE wear-resistant guide rail soft belt, which has a small friction coefficient, which greatly prolongs the service life of the machine tool. The beam can be moved along the Z-axis on the column guide. The use of lead screw lifting has the advantages of stable transmission, small friction, low noise and high reliability. The horizontal rail (X-axis) of the cross member is equipped with a telescopic guard. The beam clamping adopts lever mechanism clamping, and the clamping is safe and reliable.
