Feature of CNC Horizontal lathe
1. Bed

The bed adopts V-flat guideways: one set for the longitudinal movement of the saddle, and the other set for the tailstock longitudinal movement.

This bed features side external chip removal, enabling convenient chip cleaning and good environmental protection, while requiring simple foundation installation.

All guideways are hardened by super-audio frequency induction and then ground, featuring high accuracy and accuracy retention, low friction resistance, stable movement, excellent guidance, and long service life.

2. Spindle

The spindle adopts a three-support structure: front and rear supports as main bearings, and the middle one as an auxiliary bearing.

The front support uses a double-row cylindrical roller bearing with a 1:12 taper bore for radial clearance elimination, plus a double-direction angular contact thrust ball bearing for axial positioning.

The rear support also adopts a 1:12 taper double-row cylindrical roller bearing.

The middle support is a single-row radial ball bearing.

The spindle end adopts a short taper positioning structure, featuring high centering accuracy, short overhang, high rigidity, and convenient chuck installation and removal.
