Product Introduction of CNC Vertical Turning Milling lathe
1. All castings are treated with artificial thermal aging and vibration aging to ensure the rigidity and stability of the vertical lathe machine.
2. The automatic and centralized lubrication system can ensure continuous and effective lubrication of guide rails and ball screws, ensuring effective extension of life.
3. All electrical parts, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts are selected from international famous brand manufacturers.

Our company adopts the international advanced resin sand casting process. The castings of CNC Vertical Lathe Machine are made of HT300 and HT250 and then tempered twice. The castings are tempered once before processing. The castings are subjected to secondary tempering after rough machining. The tempering is tempered to the greatest extent in the tempering kiln. Reduce the internal stress of the casting, and perform vibration aging before finishing to prevent the casting from deforming, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine tool.
